Precautions & Tournament Regulations
～ Resale and Unofficial Purchases～
* The organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels or secondary ticket resale websites and is unable to respond to inquiries regarding such tickets.
～Match Viewing & Courts～
* A valid ticket grants access to matches at both Ariake Coliseum (Center Court) and the Show Courts.
* The seat number shown on your ticket is valid only for Ariake Coliseum (Center Court). All seating at the Show Courts is non-reserved, and admission may be restricted during periods of heavy congestion.
* If matches on the Show Courts are moved to indoor courts due to inclement weather, spectators will not be permitted to enter the indoor courts.
～Match Schedule～
* From Oct 26 (Mon) to Oct 30 (Fri), four matches are scheduled each day on Center Court at Ariake Coliseum, with the final singles match scheduled to start no earlier than 17:00. Other matches will be held on the Show Courts.
* In accordance with WTA rules, the Order of Play for each day is finalized on the evening of the previous day and will be posted on the official website.
* Match schedules, the number of matches, and starting times are subject to change due to WTA operational requirements, weather conditions, or other circumstances.
～Admission & Ticketing Policy～
* All children aged 4 and older require a ticket for admission. Elementary school children and younger may obtain a free non-reserved admission ticket as described above. Children aged 3 and younger also require a ticket if they use their own seat.
* Additional seats may be released for ticket categories that were previously sold out.
* Tickets cannot be changed, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase for any reason.
* Various handling fees, including system usage and ticketing fees, will be charged in addition to the ticket price.
* If matches are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket agency handling fees will not be refunded.
* Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
～Live Scoring & Electronic Device Regulations～
* During play (from the start to the end of a match), ticket holders may not continuously collect, transmit, broadcast, or publish match scores or related statistical data from the venue for commercial or gambling purposes.
* The continuous use of laptops or other portable electronic devices is prohibited in spectator seating areas at tournament match courts. Exceptions apply only to credentialed media, authorized vendors, and tournament staff carrying out their official duties.
～Wheelchair Accessible Seating～
* Wheelchair-accessible tickets are available only to holders of a Physical Disability Certificate. Please present the certificate upon entry.
* Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating are available exclusively through Ticket Pia. Venue staff will guide you to the designated seating area on the day.
* There is no separate wheelchair-accessible ticket price for qualifying days. Venue staff will guide you to the designated seating area.
～Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances～
* In the event of rain, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, schedules may be changed or matches cancelled at the discretion of the WTA. Such decisions may be made immediately before a match begins.
* Detailed information regarding schedule changes or cancellations will be posted on the official website.
～Venue Guidelines & Photography～
* You may bring food and beverages into the venue; however, glass bottles and aluminum or steel cans are strictly prohibited.
* Flash photography and video recording are strictly prohibited.
* Non-flash still photography is permitted; however, the use of equipment that obstructs the view of or causes inconvenience to other spectators—such as tripods or telephoto lenses measuring 30 cm or more when extended—is strictly prohibited.
